Buildable and so richly pigmented. I only did a thin layer and I couldnt believe how sparkly it was.
Absolutely worth the cost, I've loved everything I've gotten from Sushyglow and will be picking up the other shades of this collection soon.

I LOVE THESE EYE SHADOW GELS OMG. they are very sparkle so be careful bc if you get it on anything it will stay sparkly for a bit. So nice and smooth and application is very simple and easy (if you know what your doing)
