Damaged | Wrong Items

• Any issues with damaged/incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 1 day of the item being delivered. Please open your package as soon as you receive it.
• If the item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, along with photos of proof of damage including the original packaging materials. 
• If we have sent the wrong item/ order, please contact us right away as well as show proof of actual purchase.
• If you purchased the wrong item, we cannot take any action.
