How long will my order take to process?
- We process orders within 7-10 business days.
- Once orders have been shipped, they should arrive within 6-8 business days.
- USPS Notice: Due to nationwide shortage of staff, there are delays in the tracking numbers being updated in the USPS system and physical shipment of packages. Please expect additional time for USPS to deliver your package.
Can I return the products I order ?
- All sales are final, and we will not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes.
Can I cancel my order?
- All orders are final.
- We do not accept cancellation requests once the orders have been placed.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do ?
- If the item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within the first week of receiving your order, along with proof of damage.
I was sent the wrong item, what should I do ?
- If we have sent the wrong item/ order, please contact us right away as well as show proof of actual purchase.
I purchased the wrong item, what should I do?
- If you purchased the wrong item, we cannot take any action.
- All sales are final.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, free domestic shipping on orders $99+ USD (U.S. only)
- Free international shipping on orders USD 150+
My order appears as shipped or label created but the tracking has not moved, what do I do?
- Our current processing times are 7-10 business days. To ensure the timely and efficient processing of your order, we may sometimes print your label ahead of time to be packaged.
- If your tracking has not updated after 10 business days, please contact us to check on your order status.
My packages was lost or stolen, what do I do?
- Please be present at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once we have shipped out your, order, it is no longer our responsibility.
- Please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the appropriate shipping service.
- All packages are shipped with insurance.
I put the wrong address on my order, what do I do?
- We are not able to reroute packages.
- If your package has yet to be shipped, you may reach out to us right away to see if we can update your address before it ships.
- If your package has already shipped, please contact USPS for assistance if your package can be rerouted.
How do I track my package?
- All of our shipping methods now include insurance and tracking.
- Please type in the designated tracking number into the website of the carrier of your choosing.
- We currently partner with USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping.
Why is my country is not appearing when I try to order?
Unfortunately, there may be some restrictions about shipping cosmetics to your particular country.
