Can I cancel my order?

All orders are final. We do not accept cancellation requests.

I purchased the wrong item, can I cancel my order?

  • All sales are final. If you purchased the wrong item, we cannot take any action.

Can I return the products I ordered?

  • All sales are final, and we will not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary purposes.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

  • If the item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, along with proof of damage. 

I was sent the wrong item, what should I do?

  • If we have sent the wrong item/ order, please contact us right away as well as show proof of actual purchase.

Can I combine items in separate orders to save on shipping?

All sales are final and we cannot edit the items on your order. We highly suggest placing all desired items in one order.

How long will my order take to process?

  • We process orders within 7-10 business days.
  • Once orders have shipped, they should arrive within 6-8 business days.
  • International orders can take up to 1 month or longer to arrive.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Domestic orders qualify for free shipping on orders of $99 USD+ (USA only). International orders of $150 USD+ qualify for free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping costs vary by area. International orders of $150 USD+ qualify for free shipping. Orders may take up to a month or longer to arrive.

I put the wrong address on my order, what do I do?

If you need to change your address, please reach out to us at support@sushyglow.com. We respond within 1-3 business days. We suggest always placing your order ensuring your address is correct. We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed before it is fulfilled and shipped.

How do I track my package?

  • To track your package, you can visit usps.com, or call their customer service number 1 (800) 275-8777.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the provided email once the order has been fulfilled.
  • Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to be updated into the USPS system.
