Processing

  • We process orders within 7-10 business days.
  • Once orders have shipped, they should arrive within 6-8 business days.
  • USPS Notice: Due to nationwide shortage of staff, there are delays in the tracking numbers being updated in the USPS system and physical shipment of packages. Please expect additional time for USPS to deliver your package.

Free Shipping

  • Free domestic shipping on orders $99+ USD (U.S. only)
  • Free international shipping on orders $150+ USD

Tracking 

  • To track your package, you can visit usps.com, or call their customer service number 1 (800) 275-8777.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the provided email once the order has been fulfilled.
  • Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to be updated into the USPS system. 

Delivery | Missing Packages

  • Please be present at the time of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Once we have shipped out your order, it is no longer our responsibility.
  • We are not able to reroute packages.
  • If you have provided the wrong address, please contact USPS for assistance if your package can be rerouted.

International Orders:

  • Orders may take a up to a month or longer.
  • Regular first-class international shipping has no tracking included after it has left the USA.
  • Priority international does include tracking.
