Shipping Policy
Processing
- We process orders within 7-10 business days.
- Once orders have shipped, they should arrive within 6-8 business days.
- International orders can take up to 1 month or longer to arrive.
- USPS Notice: Due to nationwide shortage of staff, there are delays in the tracking numbers being updated in the USPS system and physical shipment of packages. Please expect additional time for USPS to deliver your package.

- Free domestic shipping on orders $99+ USD (U.S. only)
- Free international shipping on orders $150+ USD
Tracking
- All of our shipping methods now include insurance and tracking.
- Please type in the designated tracking number into the website of the carrier of your choosing.
- A tracking number will be sent to the provided email once the order has been fulfilled.
- Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking to be updated into the USPS system.
Delivery | Missing Packages
- Please be present at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once we have shipped out your order, it is no longer our responsibility.
- We are not able to reroute packages.
- If you have provided the wrong address, please contact USPS for assistance if your package can be rerouted.
International Orders:
- Orders may take a up to a month or longer.
- We currently partner with USPS, UPS, and DHL for shipping.
- All of our shipping methods now include insurance and tracking.
- Customers are responsible for all customs costs for their packages. We recommend inquiring with your country to see if there will be any fees.
