It came very liquid like. Maybe the heat. Still pretty just waiting for it to get a consistent consistency.

Buildable, lightweight feel withoit creasing on light to medium coverage application
They are so pretty but also SO forgiving for a first timer! Once it dries down it's stays, but in the meantime it's ample playtime and easy clean up really makes the process of applying/styling so enjoyable!
