Lotus Lip Mud

I’ve only used it once so I don’t feel right jumping to 5 stars right away but I did enjoy it. It was smooth to put on and only needed the smallest bit to get all of my lips. It’s a nice matte finish but would probably want a gloss if nothing else than to protect the application. I used in a practice session so I didn’t wear it for an extended period of time but I was able to remove it very easily so probably not a lot of staying power if you care about that. I will add that it seemed to stain my lips a bit so if it did wear off over a day that wouldn’t be the worst thing. Overall my only real criticism was the application brush that was included was a little cumbersome. Not just for its size but also the domed shape of the bristles felt a little unwieldy and felt hard to control where the product was going but I have other brushes that I could use so not that big of a deal. Take everything I say with a grain of salt I’m not someone that uses makeup very much so my experience and skills are limited but I have enjoyed this product for what it is.

Love love love this lip mud. It makes such a perfect matte overlay on top of the lip tint. It's amazing, I love it, and I can't believe it took me this long to finally get it. Thank you sm!

Color is SO pretty and soft and it almost looks like I went into like.... Photoshop and used the blue tool to make it smooth and soft

Not only is the color absolutely stunning get compliments so much when I have it on but your lips are silky soft you can’t help but continuously rub your lips together cause it’s so silky

I’ve been using the lip mud in blest lily as a lip base and as a cream blush! It’s very lightweight, and it’s matte without feeling like a heavy liquid lipstick circa 2016. It’s a really pretty color too, it looks like a natural flush on me. Also got a very sweet thank you note with my name handwritten by the seller when it arrived :)
