Your best friend's birthday is coming up and you're deciding what cosmetic gift set will magically rock their world. First of all, if this person is your best friend then I’m sure you know what type of cosmetics they like the most or what they are running out of. Maybe it’s one they use every day, or one that they talk about all the time. Maybe they are even constantly asking you to try it too.
